Warnings:
Celes is a gambler-- an extremely successful, super high school-level one at that-- so it's pretty safe to assume she understands "tells," little reflexive quirks in body language and speech everyone has, which allow her to know if someone is hiding something or not, etc. It's not mind reading, but she will have a feel of when a person is or isn't relaxed, or if something is up.

While she acts cutesy, she'll become aggressive, confrontational and foul-mouthed if someone pushes her buttons. She can also be perfectly civil a second later.
